Limited Warranty

Covers specific mechanical components for a defined period after purchase. Duration and scope stated in writing before purchase.

30–90 days or mileage limit

As-Is Vehicles

Sold in current condition at a lower price. No warranty beyond buyer’s legal rights. Always clearly labeled before purchase — never hidden.

No warranty coverage

Manufacturer’s Remaining

Some newer models (typically under 5 years old) may still carry unexpired OEM warranty. Listed when applicable — verify by VIN.

Typical Powertrain Inclusions

  • Engine block and internal engine components
  • Transmission — automatic or manual
  • Drive axle and driveshaft components

What Is NOT Covered

  • Normal wear items: brakes, tires, filters, belts, wiper blades, batteries
  • Damage caused by misuse, accident, or neglect after delivery
  • Cosmetic issues: paint, upholstery, trim, glass
  • Electrical accessories (radio, power windows) unless specifically included
  • Pre-existing issues disclosed in the vehicle listing

As-Is Vehicles — What It Really Means

Some vehicles in our inventory are listed and sold “As-Is.” This means the vehicle is sold at its current condition and price — typically lower to reflect that condition.

  • No warranty coverage beyond buyer’s legal rights
  • Buyer accepts the condition described in the listing
  • Typically priced lower to reflect the condition

“As-Is” does NOT mean no inspection.

Even As-Is vehicles are reviewed for condition before listing. The listing describes any known issues. This designation is never hidden — it is always stated clearly before purchase is completed.
