By using this website and/or purchasing a vehicle from Kale Autos, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, legally capable of entering into a binding contract, and agree to these Terms in full.

2. Vehicle Listings & Pricing

All vehicle listings on kaleautos.com are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. Listed prices do not include:

• State and local taxes
• Title and registration fees (which vary by state)
• Delivery fees (quoted separately during purchase)
• Documentation fees, where applicable

You will receive a complete, itemized breakdown of all fees before finalizing any purchase.

3. Vehicle Condition & As-Is Disclosure

All used vehicles are sold in pre-owned condition. Unless explicitly stated in writing in the vehicle listing, vehicles are sold “As-Is” with no express warranties beyond those specifically listed on the vehicle’s buyer’s guide. Buyers are strongly encouraged to request all available condition information prior to purchase.

Financing options, including Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) programs, are subject to separate financing agreements provided at time of purchase. All financing terms, interest rates, monthly payment amounts, and loan durations are clearly stated in your financing documents before signing. Kale Autos does not guarantee financing approval to all applicants.

6. Delivery

Kale Autos offers nationwide vehicle delivery across all 50 states. Delivery fees and timelines vary based on destination and vehicle location and are presented transparently before purchase. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon signed delivery confirmation. Buyers are responsible for inspecting the vehicle upon delivery before signing.

7. Return & Exchange Policy

Kale Autos offers a 7-day return or exchange policy on eligible vehicles. Full terms, conditions, and exclusions are outlined at kaleautos.com/return-policy/. The return policy applies only to vehicles that qualify under the stated terms and is subject to vehicle condition upon return.

8. Title & Registration

Kale Autos provides all required title documentation at time of purchase. Registration procedures and fees vary by state and are the responsibility of the buyer. Kale Autos provides guidance and documentation but cannot guarantee specific timelines for state DMV processing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kale Autos’ liability to any buyer shall not exceed the purchase price of the vehicle involved in any claim. Kale Autos is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes not resolved by mutual agreement shall be subject to binding arbitration in San Antonio, Texas.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
